Set on the pristine Texas Hill Country, this landmark resort and residential retreat unites secluded luxury with expansive landscape.

The first-of-its-kind development features freestanding resort pavilions and private ranch estates, complemented by nonpareil resort amenities including spa and creekside wellness, refined dining, equestrian facilities, trails, and curated gathering spaces. The property is being developed through a multi-year collaboration with world-class architects, designers, and stewards of place.
700 RIVER
Rising in Austin’s Rainey District, 700 River is a 900,000 SF 44-story luxury residential tower shaped by light, views, and refined urban living. With elevated fitness and wellness spaces and an infinity pool, the amenity-rich project also includes on-site dining, rooftop workspace, and 377 residences. Delivered in November 2024.
The Allen
Set along Buffalo Bayou Park, The Allen is a 6.5-acre mixed-use district defined by scale and setting. Acquired in its natural state, Addition lead pre-development and site plan work. The Project now consists three high-rise towers, a retail pavilion, a Thompson Hotel, Class A office space, and luxury residences overlooking downtown Houston.
Westcreek Lane
North of the River Oaks District, Westcreek Lane was acquired in 2014 as a collection of parcels and carefully unified into a cohesive mixed-use district. Today, it comprises more than 1,100 residences and 500,000 SF of retail, creating a vibrant, enduring urban environment.
1010 West 10th Street
Set on the west side of downtown Austin, 1010 West 10th Street is a boutique residential enclave of 14 expansive residences. Completed in 2015, the project sold out upon delivery, reflecting its thoughtful design and lasting appeal.
Salt Point
Salt Point, a 72-acre mid-coast Maine residential development and community, offers two deep-water docks, a working farm, hiking trails, and a racquet pavilion: a rare balance of privacy, scale, and refined coastal living.
